Hi all! Thank you so much for checking out my page, these are just a few Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's). I hope I was able to answer at last some you may have had! If anything else please email me at losangelesgarbage@gmail.com
1. Are you located in LA?
Nope! You would think because of my account name I'm in Los Angeles but sadly, I am not. I relocated to Nevada not too long ago.
2. How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping takes anywhere between 7-14 business days on average.
3. Why does shipping take a while?
All totes, sweatshirts, hoodies and unisex tees are made-to-order. I get my printing done by a small printing company, @rad.custom.tees on Instagram. They have their own orders to fulfill but once they finish printing my merch out I go to their warehouse and pick it up. Then I take it back my office and work on orders myself! Which is why it takes anywhere between 7-14 business days for items to ship out.
4. I chose priority mail, it's been 4 days and I still haven't gotten it.
This one is super important! Choosing Priority Shipping will not mean your order will be processed faster. That just means when I ship your order out, you will receive it within those 1-2 business days. Priority is just a shipping class. My current processing time is 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. Orders that do not include clothing are sometimes processed faster. I do not offer rushed processing at this time. Please make sure to e-mail me BEFORE placing your order if you need your item(s) by a specific date!
5. Do I get notified when my package gets sent out?
Yes, once I print out a shipping label tracking information is sent out automatically via email if you left one. A lot of the time it heads over to the spam so it's always good to check there. So please make sure you put in the correct address/number just so the notification gets sent to the right person!
6. Who does your printing?
@rad.custom.tees is the best! They've been doing my shirts since I opened up shop.
7. What if my package says "delivered" but I didn't receive it?
Unfortunately I am not responsible for any stolen packages once I hand it over to the post office. Always double check with your neighbors to see if they have your package! It's also good to double check your address before purchasing, just to make sure you put down the correct one. I highly recommend contacting your post office and submitting a claim with them if you think it wasn't delivered to your address. If a package has not been delivered and has been lost in transit for a few days please contact USPS first and if nothing is done about it please email me and let me know, I'm more than happy to issue a refund if it's lost or stuck within USPS.
8. Can I change the size or color of my order?
Please email me to determine if your order can be changed. Once I submit your order to print, changes can not be made unfortunately. Also please make sure to check size charts before checkout!
9. Can I change my address to a different one if my order has not been sent out?
Yeah of course! If your order has not been sent out yet, and you need me to change your shipping address for any reason, PLEASE email me right away and I'll be more than happy to change it for you.
10. Why didn't you answer my DM?
I do not check my DM's! At all, ever. It's very unorganized. Not to mention I get sent some pretty random things on there, I never know which one is spam and which one's are questions regarding orders or anything. Which is why I strictly use emails as a way to communicate regarding orders, or if you need me to answer any questions. So please do NOT send me any DM's if you have an important question or request.
11. Can I tag you in my photo?
